dc.description.abstractThe present study aims at tackling the topic of human organs trade which is considered among the recent topics that appeared as a direct result to the development of technologies and the scientific medical tools applied in the field of organs transplant and its deviation from the legal and the religious restrictions which organize it . It is one of the recent topics from the view of Islamic law insight it is studied as part of calamity (nwazal ) where we can stand on the opinions of Islam's scientists (foqaha )as concerning this issue and compare it with the Algerian judicial law which stood firmly against human organs trade by passing stringent laws and criminalization of these acts in accordance with the Islamic laws which forbid trade in human organs because it represents a violation to human dignity and a threat to society's safety and serenity. This study is concluded with the important results that we could reach in addition to the recommendations.en_US
