Abstract

وخلاصة ما كنا نتعامل معه في السابق، نجد أن المشرع الجزائري قد استقر على القانون N: 22/18 المتعلق بالاستثمار، بعد الثغرات وأوجه القصور التي شملت معظم القوانين السابقة. ولذلك، أنشأت هيئات إدارية جديدة للمساعدة في تشجيع الاستثمار في الجزائر، وهي الوكالة الوطنية لترويج الاستثمار وكذلك المجلس الوطني للاستثمار لتفعيل فعالية الاستثمار من خلال منحها الصلاحيات والتخصص. من أجل العمل بدقة وفعالية، مما يجعل التنمية الاقتصادية والصناعية وغيرها من التنمية والنمو. وبالإضافة إلى منح المستثمرين ضمانات وامتيازات 2020Constitution، يشجعهم على الاستثمار وغرس الطمأنينة في أنفسهم وفي As summary of what we deal with previously,we find that the Algerian legislator has settled on Law N:22\18related to investment,after the gaps and shortcomings that including most of the previous laws.Therefore,it has created new administrative bodies to help promoting investment in Algeria,which is the National Investment Promotion Agency as well as the National Investment Council to activate the effectiveness of investment by granting them powers and specialization .In order to work accurately and effectively ,which make Economic,Industrial and other development and growth. In addition to granting investors in 2020Constitution guarantees and privileges ,the aide of which is to encourage them to invest and instill reassurance in themselves and their work .Thanks to these capabilities and means granted by the Algerian legislator,these factors…..
