ضغوط العمل وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي

Abstract

الملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين ضغوط العمل والأداء الوظيفي لدى ممرضي الصحة العمومية الاستشفائية ـالمغيرـ تم اختيار هذا الموضوع لأنه يمس جانب من جوانب التنظيم وتمثلت مشكلة هذه الدراسة في التساؤل التالي: هل توجد علاقة بين ضغوط العمل والأداء الوظيفي لممرضي الصحة العمومية الاستشفائية -المغير-؟ اعتمدنا على جملة من الإجراءات المنهجية بدأنا بانتهاجنا المنهج الوصفي في جميع المعطيات المتعلقة بالظاهرة، ولتحقيق هدا الهدف استخدامنا أداة لجمع المعلومات تمثلت في توزيع استمارة الاستبيان الخاصة بأفراد مجتمع الدراسة داخل المؤسسة، حيث تم اختيار العينة المتمثلة في 26 ممرض وممرضة، وبعد التحليل الإحصائي توصلت الدراسة إلى أن ضغوط العمل لها علاقة بالأداء الوظيفي وأن بيئة العمل تشكل أكثر ضغطا على الممرض في المؤسسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الضغط-العمل -ضغوط العمل - الأداء - الأداء الوظيفي.

Summary: This study aimed to find out the relationship between work stress and job Performance among hospital public health nurses - El-Meghaier -. This topic was chosen because it touches on an aspect of organization. Is there a relationship between work stress and job performance of hospital public health nurses - El-Meghaier -? We relied on a number of methodological procedures, we began to follow the descriptive approach in all the data related to the phenomenon, and to achieve this goal we used a tool to collect information represented in the distribution of the questionnaire form for the members of the study community within the institution, where the sample of 26 male and female nurses was selected, and after statistical analysis the study concluded That work pressure is related to job performance and that the work environment is more pressure on the nurse in the institution.
