Abstract

في ضوء اتجاه السياسة الاقتصادية إلى تركيز الاهتمام بدرجة كبيرة على ضرورة النهوض بالمحليات، وبالتالي العمل على دفع وتشجيع الاستثمار في المحليات، ودفع عجلة التنمية المحلية إلى الأمام، حاولنا من خلال موضوعنا التعرف على التنمية المحلية ومدى حاجتها للتمويل المؤسسي، ثم معرفة دور المؤسسات المصرفية في تمويل التنمية ودعمنا دراستنا بالتطرق إلى حالة بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية وكالة الوادي ودورها في تمويل التنمية المحلية.In light of the tendency of economic policy to focus great attention on the need to promote localities, and thus work to push and encourage investment in localities, and push the wheel of local development forward, we tried through our topic to identify local development and the extent of its need for institutional financing, and then know the role of banking institutions in Financing development and we supported our study by addressing the case of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Valley Agency and its role in financing local development.
