المسألة العلمانية عند جورج طرابيشي

Abstract

بناء على ما قدمنا في هذا البحث تهدف الدراسة التي قمنا بالعمل عليها على تحديد أهمية عامل مهم وحداثي في العالم اليوم، ألا وهو تطور العقل العربي، على سبيل الوصول للتطور الذي شهده العقل الغربي، وكان سبيل الوصول إلى درجة الوعي التي نريد الوصول إليها حسب مفكرنا جورج طرابيشي هي العلمانية. وقد تطرقنا في هذه الدراسة على مفهومية العلمانية عند المفكر السوري جورج طرابيشي، وعرضنا فيه أهم ما جاء به فيها، وقد قسمنا هذا البحث لثلاث فصول اعتمدنا في الأول: توضيح صورة العلمانية بشكل عام، ومعاناها عند بعض المفكرين العرب، وفي الثاني نظرة جورج للعلمانية منذ ظهورها إلى الآن والرد عن بعض ناقديها، ووصولا إلى سبل نجاحها في بلداننا العربي، أما الفصل الثالث تطرقنا فيه إلى العوائق التي تواجه تطبيق العلمانية في الوطن العربي، وبيان مسألتي الخلافة والقومية فيها. حيث إستخلصنا في الأخير إلى أن المفكر السوري جورج طرابيشي برده ودفاعه عن العلمانية، كان يسعى لبلوغ الحداثة والوصول لوعي ينافس العقل الغربي ولا سبيل للوصول إليه إلا عن طريق العلمانية . The current study aims to determine the importance of an important and modern factor in the world today, which is the development of the Arab mind, in order to reach the development witnessed by the Western mind. According to our thinker, "George Tarabishi", the way to reach the level of awareness that we wanted to reach was secularism. In this study, the concept of secularism according to the Syrian thinker" George Tarabishi" was discussed, as well as the most important things he said about it. We divided this research into three chapters. In the first chapter, we relied on clarifying the image of secularism in general, and its meaning according to some Arab thinkers. And in the second, George’s view. Secularism since its emergence until now, responding to some of its critics, and the path to its success in our Arab countries. As for the third chapter, it contains the obstacles it faces in the Arab world and an explanation of the issues of caliphate and nationalism there. What we conclude in the end is that the reaction and the defense of George about secularism were seeking to achieve modernity and reach an awareness that competes with the western mind, and there is no way to reach it except through secularism
