Abstract

Résumé: The study aimed to reveal the relationship between psychological stress and parenting methods of down syndrome parents, the sample consisted of 30 mothers and fathers in the changed psychological and pedagogical center, where they were deliberately selected during the pedagogical year 2022, 2023, to collect data, we used the following two tools ; the psychological stress questionnaire and the parental treatment methods questionnaire , the study found the following results: -The are no differences in parental treatment styles of parent with down syndrome due to their level of psychological stress. - there are no differences in the level of psychological stress in parents with down syndrome . - There are no differences in parenting styles of down syndrome parents.
