Abstract
The study aims to explore the correlation between the five big factor of personality and professional compatibility of education professional guidance
The on relied study the goal, main itsachieve to nature itssuits it because approach correlation descriptive counselors guidance fifty of sample a on applied was study .the wilaya El-oued in centre and professional the at the scales; two used study the randomly, were they scalepersonality of model five-factor (Costa, McCras 1992),and the application of Amamra Samira, and the scale compatibility professional (Mustafa AymenZamili 2011)

Concluded these results;
_There is a negative correlation between neuroticim and professional compatibility of professional guidance.
_There is no significant statistical correlation between extraversion and professional compatibility.
_ There is no significant statistical correlation between openness to experience and professional compatibility .
_ There is no significant statistical correlation between Agreeableness and professional compatibility.
_ there is a significant statistical correlation between conscientiousnes and professional compatibility.
