Abstract
الملخص:
ان تنامي قوة القطاع الخاص في ظل العولمة وتحرير التجارة والأسواق صاحبها زيادة أرباح المؤسسات الكبرى للقطاع الخاص في العالم وزيادة انتهاكاتها الاجتماعية ومخاطرها البيئية، وأصبح لزاما على القطاع الخاص التحلي بروح المسؤولية والامتثال للقوانين واحترام حريات وعادات الأفراد والمجتمعات المحلية وحماية البيئة، ودفع ذلك أيضا بضرورة مشاركته في دعم الدولة في تحقيق سياساتها التنموية، وبذلك أصبحت المسؤولية الاجتماعية أداة يسعى من خلالها القطاع الخاص إلى تضمين الاستدامة ضمن نشاطه الاقتصادي لخدمة مجتمعه المحلي وحماية بيئته، ومدخلا هاما في المساهمة في التنمية المحلية المستدامة.
ومن أجل مسايرة هذا التوجه العالمي عبر تفعيل المسؤولية الاجتماعية للقطاع الخاص في الجزائر وجعله أكثر إسهاما في التنمية المحلية المستدامة في مختلف الأبعاد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية يتوجب زيادة تشجيع دعم الدولة للقطاع الخاص المسؤول اجتماعيا في الجزائر ووضع سياسات وبرامج وقوانين مستقرة وواضحة لإقرار المسؤولية الاجتماعية للقطاع الخاص تزيد في تحسين المناخ الاستثماري وبناء الثقة والطمأنينة وتشجع أكثر على زيادة نشاط القطاع الخاص وتحفزه على أداء هذه المسؤولية الاجتماعية في مقابل الامتيازات والتحفيزات التي تمنحها له الدولة.

Abstract :
The growing strength of the private sector in globalization, trade liberalization and markets has been accompanied by increased profits of the world's major private sector institutions and increased social violations and environmental risks and the need for the private sector to be responsible, comply with laws, respect the freedoms and customs of individuals and communities and protect the environment, This has also prompted his involvement in supporting the State in achieving its development policies. social responsibility ", thus becoming a tool through which, the private sector seeks to integrate sustainability into its economic activity to serve its community and protect its environment, and an important input into contributing to sustainable local development.
In order to keep pace with this global trend by giving effect to the social responsibility of Algeria's private sector and making it more a contribution to sustainable local development in the various economic, social and environmental dimensions, the State's support to the socially responsible private sector in Algeria must be further encouraged and stable and clear policies, programs and laws established to establish the social responsibility of the private sector that further improve the investment climate, build confidence and reassurance and stimulate the private sector to exercise its social responsibility in return to the privileges and stimuli granted by the State.
