أثر التّعليم الهجين على مستوى جودة التّعليم في الجامعة من وجهة نظر الطلبة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر التّعليم الهجين على مستوى جودة التعليم في الجامعة الجزائرية، وهذا من وجهة نظر طلبة المستويين الليسانس والماستر بقسم العلوم المالية والمحاسبة بجامعة غرداية، خلال الموسم الجامعي (2020/2021)، وقد استخدم الباحثين الاستبانة الإلكترونية كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث بلغ حجم عيّنة الدّراسة (115) طالبا وطالبة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، كما تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بعدّه منهجا مناسبا للإجابة عن إشكالية الدّراسة. وقد توصل الباحثين من خلال الدّراسة إلى وجود أثر معنوي ودال إحصائيّا لأبعاد التّعليم الهجين المتمثّلة في: (الوسائل التّعليمية المستخدمة، التّأقلم والتّفاعل، المهارات المعرفيّة المكتسبة، الايجابيات والسّلبيات) على مستوى جودة التّعليم بقسم العلوم الماليّة والمحاسبة في جامعة غرداية. Abstract : The following study aims to highlight the impact of hybrid learning on the education quality level in the Algerian University. This is from the point of view of the bachelor and master level students in the Department of Finance and Accounting at the University of Ghardaia during the academic year 2020/2021. The electronic questionnaire is used as a tool for data collection, and the study sample size is estimated at 115 male and female students, who are randomly selected. In addition, the descriptive analytical method is used as the most appropriate method to answer the problem of the study. The study concludes that there is a statistically significant impact of the dimensions of hybrid education (educational aids used, adaptation and interaction, acquired cognitive skills, pros and cons) on the level of education quality in the Department of Finance and Accounting at the University of Ghardaia.
