Abstract

تطرقت الدراسة لدور إعلان هلسنكي في تأسيس التجارب الطبية واحترامه لحقوق الإنسان، وذلك من خلال بيان المبادئ العامة التي يرتكز عليها إعلان هلسنكي التي تم تقسيمها إلى مبادئ متعلقة بالفئة المعنية بمجال البحث الطبي ومبادئ متعلقة بالبحث الطبي ومبادئ متعلقة بالحالة البشرية موضوع البحث الطبي، ثم من خلال الأحكام الأخرى التي أقرها إعلان هلسنكي، سواء ما تعلق منها بالأفراد والجماعات المشاركة في البحث الطبي سيما الموافقة المسبقة المستنيرة، وكذا الأحكام المتعلقة بالأفراد والجماعات الضعيفة المشاركة في البحث الطبي، وأحكام أخرى متعلقة بالبحث الطبي ومن ذلك ما تعلق بالمخاطر والأعباء والفوائد المرتبطة بالبحث الطبي، والمتطلبات العلمية وبروتوكولات البحوث، ولجان أخلاقيات البحوث، والتدخلات غير المثبتة في الممارسة السريرية واستخدام الدواء الوهمي، ثم احترام خصوصية وسرية الدراسة البحثية وضرورة تسجيلها، ثم تطرقت الدراسة لبيان مدى فاعلية إعلان هلسنكي في تأسيس التجارب الطبية واحترام حقوق الإنسان من خلال تحديد الأثر القانوني لإعلان هلسنكي، ومدى احترامه لحقوق الإنسان، ثم ربط نصوص إعلان هلسنكي بالواقع الطبي، وخلصت الدراسة في الأخير بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.
