الاحتراق النفسي وعلاقته بالأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي

Abstract

تعالج الدراسة الحالية موضوع الاحتراق النفسي وعلاقته الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي ، ببعض ثانويات ولاية الوادي، خلال الموسم الدراسي 2018/2019. تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الاحتراق النفسي و الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي، ببعض ثانويات ولاية الوادي. تم تطبيق الأدوات في صورتهما النهائية على عينة عشوائية طبقية تتكون من (150) فردا موزعين بعض ثانويات ولاية الوادي وبعد جمع البيانات وتبويبها تم معالجتها بالاستعانة بـ (22_spss )، وبإستخدام معامل الإرتباط بيرسون، توصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية:  لا توجد علاقة إرتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين الإحتراق النفسي والأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي.  لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأداء الوظيفي تعزى لمتغير الجنس لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي.  لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأداء الوظيفي تعزى لمتغير التخصص لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي.  لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأداء الوظيفي تعزى لمتغير الرتبة لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي.

Résumé : La présente étude traite du sujet de la combustion psychologique et de sa relation avec les performances des enseignants de l'enseignement secondaire, en partie de l'état secondaire de la vallée, au cours de l'année universitaire 2018/2019. Le but de l’étude est de déterminer le lien entre la combustion psychologique et les performances professionnelles des enseignants de l’enseignement secondaire dans certains états de la vallée. Les outils ont été appliqués sous la forme finale à un échantillon aléatoire de 150 personnes réparties dans certains niveaux secondaires de l'État. Après la collecte et le tri des données, le traitement a été effectué avec 22_spss. En utilisant le coefficient de corrélation de Pearson, l’étude a obtenu les résultats suivants: Il n'y a pas de corrélation statistiquement significative entre la combustion psychologique et les performances professionnelles des enseignants du secondaire. Il n'y a pas de différences statistiquement significatives dans les performances professionnelles en raison de la variable de genre parmi les enseignants de l'enseignement secondaire. Il n'y a pas de différences statistiquement significatives dans les performances professionnelles en raison de la variable de spécialisation parmi les enseignants de l'enseignement secondaire. Il n'y a pas de différences statistiquement significatives dans la performance au travail en raison de la variable de rang parmi les enseignants de l'enseignement secondaire. Abstract: The current study deals with the subject of psychological combustion and its relationship to the performance of secondary education teachers, some of the secondary state of the valley, during the academic year 2018/2019. The aim of the study is to find out the relationship between psychological combustion and job performance among secondary education teachers in some of the state of the valley. The tools were applied in the final form on a random sample of 150 individuals distributed in some of the state's secondary levels. After collecting and sorting the data, the treatment was done using 22_spss. Using the Pearson correlation coefficient, the study reached the following results:  There is no statistically significant correlation between psychological combustion and job performance among secondary education teachers.  There are no statistically significant differences in job performance due to the gender variable among secondary education teachers.  There are no statistically significant differences in job performance due to the variable of specialization among secondary education teachers.  There are no statistically significant differences in job performance due to the rank variable among teachers of secondary education.
