Abstract

عرف الشخصية القانونية في الفكر القانوني بأنها الصلاحية لاكتساب الحقوقوالتحمل بالالتزامات، أو قدرة وحدة معينة على اسهام في خلق قواعد القانون الدولي،لقد كانت الدول وحدها تتمتع بالشخصية القانونية الدولية، ولكن بعد التطورات فيالتنظيم الدولي أصبحت المنظمات الدولية شخصاَ من أشخاص القانون الدولي العام،والتي تبدأ شخصيتها القانونية باعتراف القانون بهذه الشخصية، ويترتب على هذهالشخصية أن تزاول المنظمات حياتها كشخص من أشخاص القانون الدولي العام الىحين انقضائها أو زوالها.The current era is called the era of international organizations, because of their role in achieving political, economic, social, legal and cultural goals. The concept of international organizations has evolved greatly and has become involved in many areas that were, until recently, the prerogative of states only. Legal personality was defined in legal thought as the ability to acquire rights and assume obligations, or the ability of a specific unit to contribute to the creation of the rules of international law. Only states enjoyed international legal personality, but after developments in international organization, international organizations became a person of public international law. And whose legal personality begins with the law’s recognition of this personality, and it follows from this personality that organizations live their life as a person of public international law until its expiration or demise.
