| dc.description.abstract | إن المتتبع للأحداث الدولية الراهنة من حروب ونزاعات مسلحة وما تسببه من مآسي ليرى رأي العين مدى تأثير تلك النزاعات مجتمعة على البيئة الطبيعية ، يرى مدى استهتار المجتمع الدولي وعلى رأسها الدول العظمى المالكة للسلاح النووي والعضوية الدائمة في مجلس الأمن الدولي، والمالكة لحق النقض الفيتو بهذا الأمر. مما يستدعي منا أن نبحث ونغوص في موضوع حظر استخدام أسلحة الدمار الشامل في القانون الدولي ونبحث عن الآليات والضمانات الدولية لحظر هذا الخطر الذي بات يهددنا جميعا. | en_US |
