الرقابة الإدارية وعلاقتها بالالتزام التنظيمي في المؤسسة

Abstract

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الرقابة الإدارية والالتزام التنظيمي في مديرية المصالح الفلاحية بولاية الوادي، وشملت على عينة مختارة بطريقة المسح الشامل ب (70) استبانة موزعة على عمال المؤسسة. حيث تم استخدام مجموعة من الأدوات لجمع البيانات كالملاحظة، المقابلة والاستبيان وفق المنهج الوصفي، وخضعت متغيرات الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية الكمية والكيفية، وهذا لغرض إثراء الموضوع وتدعيمه ولمعرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين الرقابة الإدارية والالتزام التنظيمي. وفي الأخير توصلت الدراسة إلى صحة الفرضيات العامة والفرعية المقترحة والمتمثلة في: توجد علاقة قوية بين الرقابة السابقة والالتزام التنظيمي. توجد علاقة قوية بين الرقابة المتزامنة والالتزام التنظيمي. توجد علاقة قوية بين الرقابة اللاحقة والالتزام التنظيمي. وعليه تأكد أن هناك علاقة قوية بين الرقابة الإدارية والالتزام التنظيمي في مديرية المصالح الفلاحية بولاية الوادي وان للرقابة الإدارية مكانة في المؤسسة، حيث تساهم في الكشف السريع عن الأخطاء والانحرافات وتسعى إلى منع تكرار حدوثها مستقبلا، كما تساهم في تحقيق الالتزام التنظيمي.

The study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between administrative control and organizational commitment in the Directorate of Agricultural Interests in El-Wadi State, and it included a selected sample using the comprehensive survey method with (70) questionnaires distributed among the workers of the institution. Where a set of tools were used to collect data such as observation, interview and questionnaire according to the descriptive approach, and the study variables were subjected to a set of quantitative and qualitative statistical methods, for the purpose of enriching and strengthening the subject and to know the nature of the relationship between administrative control and organizational commitment. Finally, the study found the validity of the proposed general and secondary hypotheses, which are: There is a strong relationship between prior control and regulatory compliance. There is a strong relationship between simultaneous control and regulatory compliance. There is a strong relationship between ex post control and regulatory compliance. Accordingly, it was confirmed that there is a strong relationship between administrative control and organizational commitment in the Directorate of Agricultural Interests in El-Wadi State, and that administrative control has a place in the institution, as it contributes to the rapid detection of errors and deviations and seeks to prevent their recurrence in the future.
