| dc.description.abstract | إن مسألة مشاركة الجمعيات في حماية البيئة بجانب الهيئات الحكومية في توفير حماية فعالة للبيئة أمر لابد منه.وهذا ما تجسد من خلال القانون 03-10 المتعلق بحماية البيئة في إطار التنمية المستدامة الذي خص الجمعيات بفصل خاص "الفصل السادس",حيث تتنوع الأدوار التي تقوم بها الجمعيات البيئية ،من الدور الوقائي(التربية البيئية والتحسيس) إلى الدور العلاجي(حق اللجوء للقضاء).ولكن يبقى نجاحها أو إخفاقها مرتبط بالإرادة الفعلية لمشاركة هذه الجمعيات في الحفاظ على البيئة ،وباحترام الرسالة الحقيقية للعمل الجمعوي وأهدافها وتذليل جميع الصعوبات التي تحول دون القيام بنشاطها على أكمل وجه بيئيا وتنمويا. | en_US |
| dc.description.sponsorship | The issue of the participation of associations in protecting the environment alongside government agencies in providing effective protection for the environment is inevitable. This is embodied in Law 10-03 relating to the protection of the environment within the framework of sustainable development, which singled out associations with a special chapter “Chapter Six”, where the roles that they play vary. There are environmental associations, from the preventive role (environmental education and sensitization) to the remedial role (the right to resort to the judiciary). However, their success or failure remains linked to the actual will to participate in these associations in preserving the environment, and with respect for the true mission of the associative action and its objectives and overcoming all the difficulties that prevent doing its activities in an environmental and developmental manner. | en_US |
