Abstract

الملخص: هدفت دراستنا هذه غلى الكشف عن واقع دور مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني في الحد من ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي في مرحلتي المتوسط والثانوي. وهذا من خلال الخدمات التي يقدمها مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني لتلاميذ المتوسط والثانوي حيث تمحورت إشكالية الدراسة حول : • التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ما مستوى المساهمة واقعيا لدور مستشار التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي والمهني في الحد من ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي لدى تلاميذ مرحلتي المتوسط والثانوي بولاية الوادي؟ والتساؤل الفرعي: • هل توجد فروق في المساهمة واقعيا لدور مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني في الحد من ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي لدى تلاميذ مرحلتي المتوسط والثانوي بولاية الوادي؟ فقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه الاستكشافي وكذا الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات حيث تم تطبيقها على عينة من المستشارين المقدر عددهم بـ 54 مستشار ومستشارة في مركز التوجيه المدرسي بولاية الوادي. وبعد مناقشة التساؤلات الفرعية للدراسة وتحليل معطيات الدراسة ، توصلنا إلى نتيجة عامة مفادها أن : - مستشار التوجيه يساهم واقعيا في الحد من ظاهرة التسرب الدراسي لدى تلاميذ مرحلتي المتوسط والثانوي بولاية الوادي والمهني في الحد من ظاهرة التسرب لدى تلاميذ مرحلتي المتوسط والثانوي. - وجود فروق في مستوى المساهمة واقعيا لدور مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني في الحد من ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي لدى تلاميذ مرحلتي المتوسط والثانوي في ولاية الوادي حسب الاقدمية. This study aimed to reveal the role of school and career guidance counsellors in reducing the school dropout phenomenon at middle and secondary schools. Through the different services provided by the school and career guidance counsellors in middle and secondary school students. This research seeks to investigate two questions; the main one is: What is the actual level of contribution of school and career guidance counsellors in reducing the phenomenon of school dropout among middle and secondary school students in El-Oued province? Another is the sub-question: Are there differences in the contribution of the role of the school and career guidance counsellors, practical in the field, in reducing the phenomenon of school dropout among middle and secondary school students in El-Oued province? This study adopted the descriptive approach with its exploratory style to display the results. In addition, as a method for data collection, the questionnaire is used. A sample of 54 school and career guidance counsellors (males and females) participated from the School Guidance Center- El-Oued province. Findings confirmed and revealed that the school and career guidance counsellor contribute to reducing and limiting the school dropout phenomenon among the Middle and Secondary education students. Too, it demonstrates that there are differences in the level of contribution of the role of the school and career guidance counsellors in reducing the school dropout among Middle and Secondary school students in El-Oued province according to their seniority.
