واقع العمل النقابي في المؤسسة التربوية الجزائرية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة واقع العمل النقابي في المؤسسات التربوية دراسة ميدانية ببلدية الوادي، ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة فقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي معتمدين في ذلك على أداة الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية في الدراسة، وتم توزيعها على عينة حصية قوامها 65 مسؤول فرع نقابي وتم استخراج النتائج باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي spss، وفي الأخير توصلنا للنتائج التالية: أن النقابات تلعب دورًا محوريًا في تحسين بيئة العمل والدفاع عن حقوق العمال، سواء من خلال خلق بيئة عمل آمنة وصحية، أو المشاركة في صنع القرار وتطوير المناهج، إضافةً إلى دورها الاجتماعي في تحسين مستوى المعيشة عبر تقديم الحوافز المادية والمعنوية، والمساهمة في حل مشكلات السكن وتقديم الخدمات الصحية،ولكنهيعانيمنعقباتهيكلية وإدارية تتطلب معالجة شاملة. This study aimed to understand the reality of union work in educational institutions through a field study in the municipality of El Oued. To achieve the objectives of the study, we employed the descriptive method, relying on the questionnaire as the primary tool. The questionnaire was distributed to a stratified sample of 65 union branch leaders, and the results were analyzed using the SPSS statistical program. The study concluded with the following findings: unions play a pivotal role in improving the work environment and defending workers' rights by creating a safe and healthy workplace, participating in decision-making, and contributing to curriculum development. Additionally, unions have a social role in enhancing workers' living standards by providing material and moral incentives, helping to solve housing problems, and offering health services. However, the study also revealed that unions face structural and administrative challenges that require comprehensive solutions.
