Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس أثر القيادة التحويلية بأبعادها (التأثير المثالي، الدافعية الإلهامية، الاستثارة الفكرية، الاعتبارية الفردية) على تحقيق الإبداع التنظيمي بأبعاده ( الأصالة، الطلاقة، المرونة، الحساسية للمشكلات، المخاطرة) في مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء CNAS بن عكنون ولاية الجزائر، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تم استخدام استمارة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيع 50 استبانة على عمال وموظفي المديرية الفرعية لتسيير الموارد البشرية وتم استرجاع 49 استبانة، ولتحليل البيانات واختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد القيادة التحويلية على تحقيق الإبداع التنظيمي في CNAS عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05).
