| dc.description.abstract | أدى الاستخدام السيء لتقنية المعلومات، أو ما يعرف بالثورة التكنولوجية والانحراف عن الأهداف المتوخاة منها إلى انعكاسات سلبية خطيرة كشفت عن تهديد لخصوصياتنا وحياتنا، من خلال ظاهرة المساس بالمعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي، الأمر الذي جعل هذا الأمر ضمن أولويات الدول عامة، وعلى غرارها المشرع الجزائري، لذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة مسلطة الضوء على مساعي الدول وعلى غرارها الجزائر في النهوض بدور الحفاظ على أمن مواطنيها في وجه الجرائم المرتبطة بالتكنولوجيات الجديدة للمعلومات والاتصالات وضمان معالجة آمنة لهذه المعطيات. The misuse of information technology, or what is known as the technological revolution, and the deviation from the objectives envisaged by it, led to serious negative repercussions that revealed a threat to our privacy and our lives, through the phenomenon of prejudice to data of a personal nature, which made this matter among the priorities of countries in general, and similar to the Algerian legislator, Therefore, this study sheds light on the endeavors of countries, like Algeria, in playing the role of preserving the security of its citizens in the face of crimes related to new information and communication technologies and ensuring a safe handling of these data | en_US |
