dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to know the impact relationship between digital communication with its channels (email, social networks, mobile phone, SMS) and the satisfaction of Al Salam Bank customers in Algeria, through an electronic questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents, 88 answers were obtained, to be completed It was analyzed using the SPSS V0 25. After analyzing the results and testing the hypotheses, a number of results were reached, the most important of which is the existence of a significant effect between digital communication and the satisfaction of Al Salam Bank customers in Algeria, where the dimension of social networks was the most influential, and the study also showed that there was no significant effect of the dimension of SMS in achieving customer satisfaction Al Salam Bank in Algeria from the point of view of these customers.en_US
