dc.description.abstractThis study aims to identify the challenges faced by institutions in order to raise economic and commercial performance, and this requires them to know customer trends, as they are the ones who decide how to enter into commercial relationships with these institutions, and therefore they must meet their needs in a better way, by taking advantage of From digitization. The study concluded that it is necessary for institutions to adopt digital transformation in order to maintain the competitiveness of their services and products in order to win many customers in light of the great competition between institutions in using innovative technologies to achieve the desired profits.
