Abstract

The specialty of media and communication sciences constitutes a fertile field for academic research . This field emerged in the twentieth century with the efforts of various systems of higher education and scientific research in most countries of the world ,such as Algeria . Therefore ,this study aimed to know the reality of the training system at the Algerian university, especially media sciences. Communication as a training path is becoming more and more interesting day after day,and this study came to determine the effectiveness of media training and training and among media students at the university of the El-oued. Our study falls within descriptive studies , which is the appropriate approach for this study , as the study population consisted of all media students at the university of ELـ Oued at their various levels. Through this study , it became clear to us the effective role of media education and training in developing and improving the skills of media students and thus improving their level of performance in the media field, this research paper aims to answer the following question: what is the degree of effectiveness of media training and training for specialization students at the university of El-oued ?
