بيئة العمل وعلاقتها بتحسين أداء العاملين في المؤسسة الجزائرية

Abstract

الملخص تعرضنا في هذه الدراسة الى موضوع بيئة العمل وعلاقتها في تحسين اداء العاملين في شركة عطور ورود -كوينين-حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة الى ابراز مدى مساهمة بيئة العمل بتحسين اداء العاملين. كان منطلق هذه الدراسة التساؤل الرئيسي: *كيف تساهم بيئة العمل بتحسين أداء العاملين في المؤسسة الجزائرية؟ وتفرعت تحت التساؤل الرئيسي الاسئلة الفرعية التالية: - كيف يساهم الاسلوب القيادي بتحسين اداء العاملين في المؤسسة الجزائرية؟ - كيف يساهم الاتصال التنظيمي بتحسين اداء العاملين في المؤسسة الجزائرية؟ - كيف تساهم الظروف الفيزيقية بتحسين اداء العاملين في المؤسسة الجزائرية؟ كما استلزمت منا هذه الدراسة صياغة فرضية اساسية وثلاث فرضيات جزئية. ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسات تم الاعتماد على استبيان واستخدام اسلوب المسح الشامل مكونة من 30 عامل من شركة عطور ورود –كوينين- الوادي. أسفرت هذه الدراسة على نتائج مهمة وهي كالتالي: - يساهم الاسلوب القيادي بتحسين أداء العاملين في المؤسسة الجزائرية. - يساهم الاتصال التنظيمي بتحسين أداء العاملين في المؤسسة الجزائرية. - تساهم الظروف الفيزيقية بتحسين أداء العاملين في المؤسسة الجزائرية. من خلال هذه النتائج توصلنا الى نتيجة عامة مفادها ان للبيئة دور ايجابي بتحسين اداء العاملين، داخل شركة عطور ورود -كوينين-

Abstract In this study, we have dealt with the issue of the work environment and its relationship to improving the performance of employees in a perfume company- Wouroud- Koenen, where this study aimed to highlight the extent to which the work environment contributes to improving the performance of workers. The starting point of this study was the main question. *Does the work environment contribute to improving the performance of employees in the Algerian institution? It is imposed under the main question of the following sub-questions: - Does the leadership style contribute to improving the performance of employees in the Algerian institution? - Does organizational communication contribute to improving the performance of the process in the Algerian institution? - Do physical conditions contribute to improving the performance of workers in the Algerian institution? To achieve the objective of the studies, a questionnaire was used and a comprehensive survey method was used, consisting of 30 workers from a perfume company-wouroud- Queenen el oued. This study yielded important results, which are as follows:

- The leadership style contributes to improving the performance of employees in the Algerian institution. -Organizational communication contributes to improving the performance of employees in the Algerian institution. - Physical conditions contribute to improving the performance of workers in the Algerian institution

Through these results, we reached a general conclusion that the environment contributes to improving the performance of employees within a perfume company- wouroud- Queenen.
