العوامل الاجتماعية المؤثرة على الاداء الوظيفي للمعلم

Abstract

الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن تأثير العوامل الاجتماعية على الأداء الوظيفي للمعلم، حيث تمثل التساؤل الرئيسي في: *هل تؤثر العوامل الاجتماعية للمعلم على أدائه الوظيفي؟ ويندرج تحت هدا التساؤل الرئيسي تساؤلات فرعية نوردها كما يلي: - هل تؤثر العوامل الأسرية على الأداء الوظيفي للمعلم؟ - هل تؤثر العوامل المهنية على الأداء الوظيفي للمعلم؟ - هل تؤثر العوامل الاقتصادية على الأداء الوظيفي للمعلم؟

تم اجراء هذه الدراسة على عينة معلمين الابتدائي وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في دراستنا لهذا الموضوع المدروس وقد اعتمدنا على اداة الاستبيان في جمع معلوماتنا ويضم هذا الاخير 37 سؤالا مقسم الى 3 محاور وتم توزيع هذه الاستمارات على ابتدائيات بلدية الواد ابتدائية نغموش صالح طاهر , زلاسي الجيلاني , الساكر المولدي , خضير خليفة وتم الاعتماد على عينة الحصر الشامل والذي يشمل كل اعضاء مجتمع الدراسة قصد التحقق من جانب معين ومحدد في هذا الموضوع توصلت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج تؤثر الظروف الاقتصادية على الأداء الوظيفي للمعلم تؤثر الظروف الاسرية على الأداء الوظيفي للمعلم تؤثر الظروف المهنية على الأداء الوظيفي للمعلم

Résumé :فرنسية أو انجلزية This study aimed to uncover the effect of social factors on the teacher's job performance, as the main question represented: * Do the teacher's social factors affect his job performance? Under this main question there are secondary questions, which we list as follows: Do family factors affect the teacher’s job performance? Do professional factors affect the teacher's job performance? Do economic factors affect the teacher’s job performance?

This study was conducted on a sample of primary teachers, and the descriptive approach was used in our study for this studied topic. We relied on the questionnaire tool to collect our information. The latter includes 37 questions divided into 3 axes. , Al-Saker Al-Mawldi, KhudairKhalifa A comprehensive inventory sample, which includes all members of the study community, was relied upon in order to verify a specific and specific aspect of this topic The study reached a number of results Economic conditions affect the job performance of the teacher Family circumstances affect the job performance of the teacher Professional conditions affect the job performance of the teacher
