الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر في الطاقات المتجددة كتوجه نحو تحقيق أهداف الاقتصاد الأخضر

Abstract

"الملخص يتزايد لاهتمام بدراسة موضوع الطاقات المتجددة كونها تمثل إحدى أهم المصادر الرئيسية للطاقة العالمية خارج النفط فضلا عن كونها طاقة نظيفة وغير ملوثة للبيئة مما يكسبها أهمية بالغة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر و الطاقات المتجددة نحو تحقيق أهداف الاقتصاد الأخضر، ولقد استخدمنا في هذه الدراسة بيانات سنوية خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2000 الى 2019، وشملت الدراسة القياسية تقدير نموذج انحدار خطي متعدد مع إجراء الاختبارات الإحصائية اللازمة ،وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر واستهلاك الطاقة المتجددة نحو تحقيق أهداف الاقتصاد الأخضر، واستخلصنا من هذه الدراسة إلى أن الاقتصاد الأخضر يمثل المسار نحو تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وتعتبر الطاقة من أهم القطاعات الإستراتيجية التي حدد الاقتصاد الأخضر الخطوط العريضة لضمان استدامتها" "Abstract : There is increasing interest in studying the issue of renewable energies, as it represents one of the most important main sources of global energy outside oil, in addition to being clean and non-polluting energy, which gives it great importance in achieving sustainable development. This study aims to test the impact of foreign direct investment and renewable energies towards achieving the goals of the green economy. In this study, we used annual data during the period from 2000 to 2019. The standard study included estimating a multiple linear regression model with the necessary statistical tests. A positive relationship between foreign direct investment and the consumption of renewable energy towards achieving the goals of the green economy, and we concluded from this study that the green economy represents the path towards achieving sustainable development and energy is one of the most important strategic sectors that the green economy outlines to ensure its sustainability"
