اتجاهات الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج نحو المقاولاتية

Abstract

الملخص:

تهدف الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن اتجاهات طلبة الجامعة نحو المقاولاتية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدت الباحثتان على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالإضافة إلى بناء استبيان معد من قبل الباحثتان بعد التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية وذلك لقياس اتجاهات طلبة الجامعة المقبلين على التخرج نحو المقاولاتية، تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية حيث بلغت (200) طالبا وطالبه من بين بعض الكليات بجامعة الوادي التي تمثلت في كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية، كلية العلوم الاقتصادية، كلية العلوم الطبيعية والحياة وكلية العلوم التكنولوجية.

وقد أسفرت النتائج المتوقعة للدراسة عما ما يلي:

• يوجد توجه إيجابي من قبل طلبة الجامعة المقبلين على التخرج نحو المقاولاتية. • لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول اتجاهات طلبة الجامعة نحو المقاولاتية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس. • لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول اتجاهات طلبة الجامعة نحو المقاولاتية تبعاً لمتغير المستوى الدراسي. • توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول اتجاهات طلبة الجامعة نحو المقاولاتية تبعاً لمتغير التخصص الدراسي

Résumé :

The current study aims to reveal the attitudes of university students towards the entrepreneurial thought, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the two researchers relied on the analytical descriptive approach, in addition to building a questionnaire prepared by the two researchers after verifying its psychometric characteristics in order to measure the attitudes of university students who are about to graduate towards the entrepreneurial thought. The sample was selected by stratified random method, reaching (200) male and female students from among some faculties at Al-Wadi University, which was represented by the College of Social and Human Sciences, College of Economic Sciences College of Natural and Life Sciences and College of Technological Sciences.

The expected results of the study resulted in the following:

- There is a positive trend by university students who are about to graduate towards the entrepreneurial thought.

- There are no statistically significant differences about university students' attitudes towards entrepreneurial thought, according to the gender variable.

- There are no statistically significant differences about university students' attitudes towards entrepreneurial thought, according to the variable of academic level.

- There are statistically significant differences about university students' attitudes towards entrepreneurial thought, according to the academic specialization variable.
