Abstract

تؤثر طبيعة العلاقات الروسية- الأوروبية على نسق النظام الدولي، من خلال طبيعة الأحداث التي تميز العلاقة بين الطرفين، فزيادة حجم الاعتمادية المتبادلة بين الطرفين من شأنه الإبقاء على النظام الدولي في حالة الاستقرار والتوازن، بينما الأزمات والصراعات قد تسبب في اختلال توازن القوى العالمي والذي ينتج عنه نظام دولي متعدد الأقطاب.The Russian-European relations affect the pattern of the international system, through the nature of the events that characterize the relationship between the two actors. An increase in the volume of interdependence between the two parties would maintain the international system in a state of stability and balance, while crises and conflicts may cause a global imbalance of power, which results in a multipolar international system.
