الممارسات العنفية للتنظيمات الطلابية في الوسط الجامعي من وجهة نظر الطلبة

Abstract

الملخص: ملخص الدراسة بالعربية: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن وجود ممارسات عنفية للتنظيمات الطلابية في الوسط الجامعي من وجهة نظر الطلبة، وذلك من خلال الاجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة التالية: - هل هناك فروق بين أراء الطلبة حول دور التنظيمات الطلابية في انتشار العنف داخل الوسط الجامعي تعزى لمتغير الجنس؟ - هل هناك فروق بين أراء الطلبة حول دور التنظيمات الطلابية في انتشار العنف داخل الوسط الجامعي تعزى لمتغير التخصص؟ - هل هناك فروق بين أراء الطلبة حول دور التنظيمات الطلابية في انتشار العنف داخل الوسط الجامعي تعزى لمتغير المستوى؟ - هل تساهم التنظيمات الطلابية في انتشار العنف في الوسط الجامعي؟ - ماهي الممارسات العنفية التي تمارسها التنظيمات الطلابية في الوسط الجامعي؟ ولتحقيق هذه الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي بخطواته وإجراءاته, وكان الاستبيان أداة رئيسية لتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة والوصول إلى نتيجة علمية مرتكزة على البناء النظري والدراسة الميدانية, حيث تضمن الإستبيان (34) سؤالا وتم تطبيق هذه الأداة على عينة عشوائية عنقودية من طلاب جامعة حمة لخضر بالوادي, وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (100) طالب وطالبة, في سنة 2020/2021. وبعد تطبيق الأساليب الإحصائية: اختبار "ت" لعينتين مستقلتين، وتحليل التباين الاحادي والتكرارات والنسب المئوية، تحصلنا على النتائج التالية: - لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين أراء الطلبة حول دور التنظيمات الطلابية في انتشار العنف داخل الوسط الجامعي تعزى لمتغير الجنس. - لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين أراء الطلبة حول دور التنظيمات الطلابية في انتشار العنف داخل الوسط الجامعي تعزى لمتغير التخصص - لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين أراء الطلبة حول دور التنظيمات الطلابية في انتشار العنف داخل الوسط الجامعي تعزى لمتغير المستوى.

Study summary: This study aims to reveal the existence of violent practices of student organizations in the university community from the students’ point of view, by answering the study’s questions: - Are there differences between students' opinions about the role of student organizations in the spread of violence within the university environment due to the gender variable? - Are there differences between students' opinions about the role of student organizations in the spread of violence within the university environment due to the variable of specialization? - Are there differences between students' opinions about the role of student organizations in the spread of violence within the university environment due to the level variable? - Do student organizations contribute to the spread of violence in the university community? - What are the violent practices practiced by student organizations in the university community? To achieve this study, the descriptive exploratory approach was followed with its steps and procedures, and the questionnaire was a main tool to achieve the objectives of this study and to reach a scientific result based on theoretical construction and field study. in the valley, and the study population consisted of (100) male and female students, in the year 2020/2021. After applying the t-test for two independent samples, one-way analysis of variance, frequencies and percentages, we obtained the following results: - There are no statistically significant differences between students' opinions about the role of student organizations in the spread of violence within the university environment due to the gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences between students' opinions about the role of student organizations in the spread of violence within the university environment due to the variable of specialization. - There are no statistically significant differences between students' opinions about the role of student organizations in the spread of violence within the university environment due to the level variable.
