اقتراح برنامج تدريبي لتنمية التواصل غير اللفظي لدى الأطفال المصابين باضطراب طيف التوحد

Abstract

الملخص:

هدفت الدراسة إلى إقتراح برنامج تدريبي في تنمية التواصل غير اللفظي لدى الأطفال المصابين باضطراب طيف التوحد، وإختبار مدى فعاليته لدى عينة الدراسة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو تصميم المجموعة الواحدة مع اختبار قبلي وبعدي وتم إختيار عينة مكونة من خمسة أطفال(05) أطفال مصابين باضطراب طيف التوحد منتمين إلى مركز المن والسلوى للتكفل بذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة بالبياضة ولاية الوادي، وطبقت الأدوات التالية: مقياس تقدير التوحد CARS ومقياس تقدير الإتصال اللغوي من إعداد سهى أحمد أمين نصر(2001) وذلك بعد التحقق من صدقه وثباته والبرنامج التدريبي المقترح من إعداد الباحثة، وقد أسفرت المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية" Spss"، إلى النتائج التالية: - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نتائج القياس القبلي والبعدي لمهارة التعرف والفهم لدى الأطفال المصابين باضطراب طيف التوحد لصالح نتائج القياس البعدي. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نتائج القياس القبلي والبعدي لمهارة التعبير لدى الأطفال المصابين باضطراب طيف التوحد لصالح نتائج القياس البعدي. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نتائج القياس القبلي والبعدي لمهارة التسمية لدى الأطفال المصابين باضطراب طيف التوحد لصالح نتائج القياس البعدي. وعليه أثبتت الدراسة فعالية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في تنمية التواصل غير اللفظي لدى الأطفال المصابين باضطراب طيف التوحد.

انجليزية Abstract: The study aimed to propose a training program in developing non- verbal communication in children with autism spectrum disorder, and to test its effectiveness with the study sample, and to achieve goals of the study, the quasi-experimental approach with a single group design was adopted a pre-test and a post- test, and a sample of consisting of five children(05) children with autism spectrum disorder belonging to the center of manna and salwa was selected to ensure those with special needs for Al- Bayada in the L’oued, and the following tools were applied : the autism assessment standard CARS and the linguistic communication assessment scale, prepared by Soha Ahmed Amin Nasr 2001 after verifying its sincerity and reliability and the proposed training program prepared by the researcher the statistical treatment using the statistical package"Spss" resulted in the following results: - There are statistically significant differences between the results of pre and post measurement for the skill of identification and understanting in children with autism spectrum disorder in favor of the results of post measurement. - There are statistically significant differences between the results of the pre and post measurement of expression skill in children with autism spectrum in favor of the results of post measurement. - There are statistically significant differences between the results of pre and post measurement for naming skill in children with autism spectrum disorder in favor of the results of post measurement. Accordingly, the study demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed training program in developing non- verbal communication in children with autism spectrum disorder.
