Abstract
Music in Andalusia, we deduce that music is a broad and great science and an art from the ancient arts that appeared with the beginning of the emergence of creation, and its types, instruments and places differed according to their use in each civilization, and we find a great difference between the jurists in determining its ruling between permissible for it with controls and between forbidden for it in all its forms and colors. Music was strongly present in ancient civilizations, such as the Egyptian, Persian, and even the Arabs in the pre-Islamic era and Islam, and we notice a great prosperity for it in Andalusia at the time of the Umayyads, when it reached the peak of its development and sophistication during the era of Ziryab, as he added the fifth string to the oud, and he was the first to use an eagle feather to play the oud and established several foundations. Music schools. And the Andalusian rhythm and rhythm had a great role and impact in the development and prosperity of Andalusian music, as the musical instruments varied, percussive, blowing and stringed, such as the oud, the darbuka, the flute ... etc. A new art also appeared in Andalusia, known as the Andalusian muwashshah, which was influenced by the Islamic Maghreb countries After the fall of the caliphate, the kings of the sects arose: Almeria, Valencia, Zaragoza, Al-Barazin, Al-Badajoz, Dania, Balearic, Moror, Seville, Toledo, and Granada, and there was instability in the rule of King Alfonso VI. It is also clear that there were many centers for the spread of music and musical instruments during the time of the sects, including Seville, which is the center of the foundation for this ancient art.
