المكتبات الخاصة في الدولة العباسية ودورها العلمي والحضاري

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أشهر المكتبات الخاصة في الدولة العباسية، بالإضافة إلى معرفة الدور العلمي الذي لعبته من اجل النهوض بمختلف العلوم في ذلك الوقت، ومعرفة دورها في حفظ التراث الإنساني للأجيال التي جاءت بعدها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها:أن المكتبات الخاصة في الدولة العباسية كانت تقوم بدور كبير في حفظ التراث العلمي، والمحافظة على أثمن الكتب وأندرها، كما أن هذه المكتبات قامت بالتشجيع على تطوير العلوم في مختلف المجالات خاصة بعد تحول اغلبها إلى مكتبات عامة، كما أنها كانت مكانا للقاء العلماء والباحثين، وكذلك تبين أن الخلفاء والملوك كان لهم دور كبير في إنشاء المكتبات الخاصة والاهتمام بها. This study aimed to know the most famous private libraries in the Abbasid state, and the scientific role they played in order to enhance the various sciences at that time, in addition to their role in preserving the human heritage for the generations that came after. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: that the private libraries in the Abbasid state played a major role in preserving the scientific heritage and the most valuable and rare books, and that these libraries encouraged the development of sciences in various fields, especially after most of them turned into public libraries. It was also a meeting place for scholars and researchers, as well as it was found that the caliphs and kings had a major role in establishing private libraries and taking care of them.
