واقع المقاولة النسائية في الجزائر مابين الدعم والتحديات (دراسة تحليلية)

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة لتوضيح أهمية المقاولة النسائية، ومساهمتها في تطوير الاقتصاد الوطني، ولإبراز ذلك اعتمدنا على تشخيص واقع المقاولة عموما، وواقع المقاولة النسائية في الجزائر خصوصا وقمنا بإبراز وتحليل أثره على تطوير الاقتصاد الوطني اعتمادا على بعض الإحصائيات المتوفرة لدينا. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يعتمد على تحليل معطيات تم تحصيلها من الديوان الوطني للإحصاء وزارة الصناعة، وبعض الهيئات الرسمية ذات الاهتمام بالجانب المقاولاتي، وكانت أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها هي الإسهام النوعي للمقاولة النسائية في تطوير الاقتصاد الوطني، كما تم التوصل إلى أن مجالات المقاولة النسوية كثيرة ومتعددة تسهم في توفير مناصب شغل دائمة ومؤقتة وبالتالي امتصاص البطالة، فتشجيع المقاولة النسوية له الأثر البارز في النهوض بالقطاع الاقتصادي والاجتماعي رغم وجود بعض المعوقات الثقافية والاجتماعية التي تعتبر تحديات وجب على المرأة الجزائرية تجاوزها. This study aimed to clarify the importance of women’s entrepreneurship and its contribution to the development of the national economy; to highlight this, we relied on diagnosing the reality of entrepreneurship in general and the reality of women's entrepreneurship in particular in Algeria, and we highlighted and analyzed its impact on the development of the national economy based on some of the statistics available to us. The analytical descriptive approach was relied on, which relies on the analysis of data collected from the National Bureau of Statistics, the Ministry of Industry, and some official bodies concerned with the entrepreneurial aspect. The most important results reached were the qualitative contribution of women's entrepreneurship to the development of the national economy .It was also concluded that the fields of women's entrepreneurship are many and varied, contributing to the provision of permanent and temporary job positions, and thus absorbing unemployment. Encouraging women's entrepreneurship has a significant impact on the advancement of the economic and social sector, despite some cultural and social obstacles considered challenges that Algerian women must overcome.
