Abstract

الملخص:

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة الدور الحضاري للمرأة في المجتمع من خلال فكر المفكر مالك بن نبي، الذي اولى اهتمام بقضية المرأة وعدها من مشكلات الحضارة بحيث نجده يؤكد في كل كتاباته على ان مشكلة المرأة هي مشكلة الفرد المسلم اي الانسان الذي اعتبره اول عناصر معادلته الحضارية، وقد تم اقتناء مجموعة من كتبه التي اهتمت بهذا الموضوع تمثلت هذه الكتب فيما يلي: في مهب المعركة، ـمجالس دمشق، شروط النهضةـ وبين الرشاد والتيه، للكشف عن الدور الحضاري للمرأة في المجتمع من خلال هذه الكتب. ولمعالجة الموضوع تم طرح التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ما هو دور المرأة الحضاري في المجتمع من خلال كتابات مالك بن نبي ؟ واندرجت تحته أسئلة فرعية: - هل كان للمرأة دور في الحضارات الإنسانية من خلال فكر مالك بن نبي؟ - ما هو دور المرأة الحضاري في المجتمع من خلال كتب مالك بن نبي؟ - ما هي الأسس التي ارتكز عليها مالك بن نبي في معالجة قضية المرأة؟ حيث اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام تحليل المحتوى (المضمون)، ووحدة التحليل كانت وحدة الفكرة وقد تم اختيار العينة بطريقة قصدية مع استعمال التكرارات والنسب المئوية في عملية التحليل، وأسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: - بالنسبة للمرتبة الأولى كانت لدور المرأة الحضاري في المجتمع في ثلاث كتب من ضمن الأربعة، حيث تمحورت الأفكار حول دور المرأة في المجتمع، المرأة أمام واجبات واحدة مع الرجل، رسالة المرأة في المجتمع. - بالنسبة لدور المرأة في الحضارات الإنسانية كانت المرتبة الثانية وسجلت في كتابين شروط النهضة وبين الرشاد والتيه، وتمحورت الافكار حول مكانة المرأة في بعض الحضارات القديمة، مكانة المرأة في الحضارة الإسلامية وفي الحضارة المعاصرة، والمرأة في الحركات النسوية. - أما بالنسبة للأسس التي ارتكز عليها مالك بن نبي في معالجة قضية المرأة، جاءت في المرتبة الثالثة وظهرت في ثلاث كتب من أربعة وتمحورت الافكار حول الأسس النفسية والأسس الأخلاقية والاجتماعية والدينية التي كانت اساس الانطلاق ولها دور في جميع الأسس الاخرى ثم التشريعية والقانونية. ويرى مالك أن قضية المرأة لا تعالج منفردة معزولة عن باقي القضايا الكبرى في المجتمع ولا بد من اجتماع كل الاطراف من أجل دراستها وحلها وتحديد دورها الفعلي في المجتمع.

Abstract: This study aims to address the civilized role of women in society through the thought of the thinker Malek Bennabi, who paid attention to the issue of women and considered it one of the problems of civilization, so that we find him confirming in all his writings that the problem of women is the problem of the Muslim individual, the human being who he considered the first elements of his civilized equation. To address the issue, the following main question was raised: What is the civilized role of women in society through the writings of Malek Bennabi? Sub-questions were included: - Did women have a role in human civilizations through the thought of Malek Bennabi? - What is the civilized role of women in society through the writings of Malek Bennabi? - What are the foundations on which Malek Bennabi relied in dealing with the issue of women? Where we relied in this study on the analytical descriptive approach using content analysis (content), and the unit of analysis was the unit of idea. The sample was chosen in an intentional way with the use of frequencies and percentages in the analysis process, and the study resulted in the following results: - For the first place, it was for the civilized role of women in society in three of the four books, where ideas centered on the role of women in society, women in front of the same duties with men, and the message of women in society. - With regard to the role of women in human civilizations, it was ranked second and recorded in two books: Conditions of Renaissance and Between Righteousness and Loss. Ideas centered on the position of women in some ancient civilizations, the position of women in Islamic civilization and contemporary civilization, and women in feminist movements. - As for the foundations on which Malik Bennabi relied in dealing with the issue of women, it came in third place and appeared in three of four books. The ideas centered on psychological foundations and moral, social and religious foundations that were the basis for starting and have a role in all other foundations, then legislative and legal. Malik believes that the issue of women is not dealt with on its own, isolated from the rest of the major issues in society, and that all parties must meet in order to study and solve them and determine their actual role in society.
