دار المقاولاتية ودورها في مرافقة الطلبة حاملي الشهادات

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدارسة إلى معرفة دور المرافقة في تفعيل الروح المقاولاتية لدى طلبة الجامعة، فبعد أن كان خريجي الجامعة يبحثون عن مناصب شغل، أصبحوا هم من يوفرون مناصب الشغل، ويتحقق ذلك بدمج وربط ثقافة المقاولاتية ببرامج ونشاطا ت المرافقة، التي يتمكنون من خلالها باكتساب مختلف المهارات (المهنية، التقنية، الإدارية والشخصية) والمواقف والسلوكيات، وتنمية الروح المقاولاتية بما تحمله في طياتها من روح المبادرة والمخاطرة، وثقافة العمل الحر...، والتي يتم تنميتها وتثمينها عن طريق أجهزة الجامعة كدار المقاولاتية، حيث قمنا بدراسة ميدانية على عينة تتكون من طلاب جامعة الشهيد حمة لخضر الوادي، ومن ثم معالجة المعطيات المحصل عليها باستعمال طريقة التحليل ببرنامج ال spss، وقد خلصت الدارسة إلى أن دار المقاولاتية من خلال التحسيس والمرافقة تساهم في تعزيز وتفعيل الروح المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة وتمكينهم من الدخول إلى عالم الأعمال، ومن خلال تقديم الدورات التدريبية والاستشارات التجارية وتوفير بيئة تنظيمية ملائمة ماديا وبشريا وبيئة أعمال متكاملة تساعدهم في تحقيق و استدامة مشاريعهم، وبالعكس فإن غياب أو ضعف مختلف آليا ت المرافقة يؤدي إلى ضعف الروح المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة، مما ينعكس سلبا على توجههم نحو المقاولاتية

Summary: This study aims to know the role of accompaniment in activating the entrepreneurial spirit among university students. (professional, technical, administrative and personal), attitudes and behaviors, and the development of the entrepreneurial spirit, including the spirit of initiative and risk, and the culture of self-employment..., which are developed and valued by university organs such as the Entrepreneur House, where we conducted a field study on a sample consisting of students The University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar El Wadi, and then processing the data obtained using the analysis method in the spss program, and the study concluded that the Entrepreneurship House, through sensitization and accompaniment, contributes to promoting and activating the entrepreneurial spirit of students and enabling them to enter the business world, and by providing training courses Business consultancy and provision of an appropriate regulatory environment, materially and humanly, and an integrated business environment that helps them achieve and sustain their projects. On the contrary, the absence or weakness of various accompanying mechanisms This leads to a weak entrepreneurial spirit among students, which negatively affects their orientation towards entrepreneurship.
