الرقابة التنظيمية و دورها في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي

Abstract

الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة المتمثلة في تحديد علاقة الرقابة الإدارية بتحسين الأداء الوظيفي للعمال و توضيح العلاقة الموجودة بين الرقابة الادارية وأداء العاملين داخل مؤسسة الوظيفية و قد توصلنا في هذه الدراسة إلى أن العملية الرقابية هي عكس ما يتصور البعض وأنها تتبع تنفيذ وتولي الاهتمام بالأخطاء والانحرافات فقط، بل هي بمفهومها الحديث الركيزة والطريقة التنظيمية للمؤسسة التي من خلالها تضبط وترفع مستوى أداء العمال، وتساهم بشكل فعلي في زيادة الفعالية وهي عملية مستمرة مند بدأ التخطيط إلى المرحلة الاخيرة من التنفيذ.

This study aimed to determine the relationship of administrative control to improving the job performance of workers and to clarify the relationship between administrative control and the performance of workers within the functional institution. In its modern sense, it is the foundation and organizational method of the institution through which it controls and raises the level of workers' performance, and actually contributes to increasing efficiency, and it is a continuous process from the beginning of planning to the last stage of implementation.
