المقاربة العلاجية النسقية لعائلة طفل طيف التوحد

Abstract

الملخص: تأتي هذه المساهمة، كمحاولة لتطبيق المقاربة العلاجية النسقية وتقنياتها، لتقصي أثرها على عائلة طفل يعاني من طيف التوحد، ومحاولة التأكد من فعاليتها في ضوء التقنيات المتبعة وعلى هذا الأساس جاءت النتائج كالتالي: تغيير الانحيازات 2015)والتحالفات الأسرية حيث أصبحت مرنة مع الوقت مما أعطى مساحة أكبر لتفهم أفراد الأسرة لوضعية الحالة. تغيير الاستراتيجيات المنتهجة من طرف الأنظمة الفرعية من خلال كيفية الاستجابة و طريقة التعامل مع الأزمات الداخلية والخارجية للأسرة. فتح الحدود الجامدة على مستوى الاتصال والعلاقات بين أفراد النسق، مما نتج عنه انخفاض حدة الصراعات و الضغوطات لدى جميع أفراد الأسرة و بالتالي القدرة على تقبل الطفل المصاب بالطيف والتعامل معه بشكل مكيف حسب وضعيته. Abstract: The current study aims at finding out the effectiveness of the systemic therapeutic approach for a family of a child on autism spectrum-in Oran-, this study depends on the clinical curriculum and observation, and therapeutic interview and techniques of systemic therapy. After applying the systemic therapy, the results comes as follows : Changing the family biases and alliances which, by time, become flexible. This latter give more space for the family members to understand the situation of the case. Opening the rigid boundariesat the level of communication andrelations between the members. This leads to the decrease of conflicts and pressure between all the family members. So, they will have the ability accept the child who suffers from autism spectrum and to deal with himrecording to his case.
