Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى البحث في علاقة الاتصال التنظيمي بالتوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي ببلدية قمار ولاية الوادي. وجاءت إشكالية الدراسة وفقا للتساؤل الرئيسي التالي: - هل للاتصال التنظيمي علاقة في تحقيق التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانويببلدية قمار؟ وانطلقت بالتالي من الفرضيات البحثية التالية: - للاتصال الرسمي علاقة في تحقيق التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي في بلدية قمار. - للاتصال غير الرسمي علاقة في تحقيق التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي في بلدية قمار. و قد استعملنا المنهج الوصفي لتحليل النتائج والمعطيات الميدانية التي كانت تخص عينة البحث المقدرة بـ(68) أستاذا موزعة على ثانويات بلدية قمار . وبعد إجراء عملية التحليل لبيانات الدراسة وفرضياتها توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائجمن أهمها: - للاتصال التنظيمي علاقة في تحقيق التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانويببلدية قمار. - للاتصال الرسمي علاقة في تحقيق التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي ببلدية قمار. - للاتصال غير الرسمي علاقة في تحقيق التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي ببلدية قمار.

Study summary:

The study at hand aimed to find out the relationship of organizational communication with occupational adjustment among high school teachers in the city of Guemar، EL Oued. The case of study revolves around the following main question: - Is there a relation between organizational communication and achieving occupational adjustment for high school teachers in the city of Guemar? The study case was based on the following research hypotheses: - The formal communication has a relationship in achieving occupational adjustment betweenhigh school teachers of Guemar. - Informal communication has a relationship in achieving occupational adjustment with high school teachers in the city of Guemar. the descriptive was used method to analyze field data and the results that were related to the research sample which is estimated at (68) teachers distributed among high schools in the city of Guemar. After conducting the analysis process of the study data and its hypotheses، the study came up with several results، the most important of which are: - Organizational communication is related to achieving professional compatibility for secondary school teachers in the municipality of Gammar. - It was found through the study that formal communication is related to achieving occupational adjustment among high school teachers in the city of Guemar. - The study also showed that informal communication is related to achieving occupational adjustment among high school teachers in the city of Guemar.
