Abstract

"ص: تركز ھذه الدراسة على مساھمة الثقافة التنظیمیة في تعزیز الاستغلال المعرفي من خلال إسقاط تصورنا ھذا على الواقع وفق دراسة حالة بلدیة قمار بولایة الوادي، واستخدامنا الاستبیان كأداة رئیسیة في جمع البیانات بحیث وزعت على عینة عشوائیة متكونة من 81 موظف من جمیع المستویات الإداریة. بحیث قسمت ھذه الاستبیان الى محورین أساسیة: المحور الأول یخص الثقافة التنظیمیة یندرج ضمنھا إدراك إدارة المعرفة، البیئة التعاونیة، الرؤیة المشتركة و ممارسات الإدارة العلیا، أما المحور الثاني فیخص الاستغلال المعرفي. وقد تم التحقق بشكل منتظم من كافة الافتراضات المقترحة بحیث توصلنا بأن الثقافة الرؤیة المشتركة، ممارسات الإدارة العلیا) عند مستوى معنویة 05.0 .التنظیمیة تساھم في تعزیز الاستغلال المعرفي من خلال (إدراك إدارة المعرفة، ومن أھم التوصیات التي استخلصتھا الدراسة ھي إدراج إدارة خاصة بإدارة المعرفة وتجسید مكانتھا في الھیكل التنظیمي، و ترسیخ ثقافة تنظیمیة تواكب التغیرات العلمیة والتكنولوجیة من أجل الارساء بالاقتصاد المعرفي.""This study sheds light on contribution of organizational culture in promoting knowledge exploitation. To this end, we have chosen the case study in the Guemar municipality in El Oued. A data collection form was used the questionnaire, as it was distributed to a random sample of 81 employees from all administrative levels. This questionnaire was divided into two main axes: The first axis concerns organizational culture, including the impact of its four dimensions (the awareness of knowledge management, collaborative environment, shared vision and top management practices), and the second axis concerns the knowledge exploitation. We were able to test all the hypotheses put and we concluded that organizational culture contributes to the enhancement of knowledge exploitation through (the awareness of knowledge management, shared vision and top management practices) at the level of significance of 0.05. Among the most important recommendations that the study extracted is the inclusion of a special administration for knowledge management and the embodiment of its position in the organizational structure, and the consolidation of an organizational culture that keeps pace with scientific and technological changes in order to establish the knowledge economy.
