Abstract
"ملخص الدراسة
هدفت هده الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر الإصلاحات التربوية على أداء أساتذة التعليم الثانوي,ولهذا الغرض انطلقت دراستنا هذه من تساؤل رئيسي مفاده:
هل تؤثر الإصلاحات التربوية على أداء أساتذة التعليم الثانوي؟
وقد تفرع عن هذا التساؤل مجموعة من التساؤلات الفرعية تمثلت فيما يلي:
- هل تؤثر كثافة البرنامج الدراسي على أداء أساتذة التعليم الثانوي؟
- هل يؤثر الحجم الساعي على أداء أساتذة التعليم الثانوي؟
- هل تؤثر صعوبة المحتوى المعرفي على أداء أساتذة التعليم الثانوي؟
وقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي نظرا لتماشيه مع موضوع دراستنا مع الاستعانة بمجموعة من التقنيات البحثية للحصول على المعطيات الميدانية حيث كان من أبرزها (الاستبيان) وقد طبق على عينة الدراسة بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة وقد احتوى على 36 بندا وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في أساتذة التعليم الثانوي وقدرت عينة الدراسة بـ80 أستاذ في مختلف ثانويات الولاية المنتدبة تقرت,وتوصلت دراستنا إلى النتائج التالية:
- تؤثر كثافة البرنامج الدراسي على أداء أساتذة التعليم الثانوي.
- يؤثر الحجم الساعي على أداء أساتذة التعليم الثانوي.
- تؤثر صعوبة المحتوى المعرفي على أداء أساتذة التعليم الثانوي.
"Abstract:
This study aimed at revealing the impact of educational reforms on the performance of secondary education teachers، for this purpose، our study has come from a major question:
- Do educational reforms affect the performance of secondary education teachers?
A number of sub-questions have emerged from this question:
- Does the intensity of the course affect the performance of secondary education teachers?
- Does the volume of working hours affect the performance of teachers of secondary education?
- Does the difficulty of knowledge content affect the performance of secondary education teachers?
In this study، we have relied on the descriptive approach in line with the subject of our study، using a range of research techniques to obtain field data، where the most prominent (questionnaire) was applied to the study sample in a simple random way. It contained 36 items. The study population is represented by secondary education teachers. The sample of the study was estimated at 80 professors at different levels of the mandated state Touggourt. Our study found the following results:
- The intensity of the program affects the performance of teachers of secondary education.
- The size of the courier affects the performance of secondary education teachers.
- The difficulty of knowledge content affects the performance of secondary education teachers.
