دور منظمة الأوبك في استقرار اسعار النفط على المستوى الدولي

Abstract

إن وجود منظمة opec على الساحة العالمية كان له دور بالغ الأهمية في الإقتصاد العالمي، فهي تختص بدراسة خصوصيات الوضع العالمي والإمكانيات المتوافرة لدى أعضائها ولدى دول العالم الأخرى لمواجهة الإحتكارات الغربية للنفط ، وبذلك يمكنها المحافظة على العلاقة بين أسعار النفط ومستوى أسعار السلع المصنعة، كما انها تعمل على إستخدام الموارد المالية المتاحة لدول opec في بناء إقتصاديات وطنية متكاملة، من خلال الإختيار الرشيد والصحيح لإستراتجية التنمية الإقتصادية لدول الأعضاء، ومواجهة الصعوبات المختلفة مثل تخلف البنية التحتية ومشكلة ضيق السوق وإنخفاض الإنتاجية المحلية وغيرها، ولعل الدور الفعال والمهم لمنظمة opec في الإقتصاد العالمي لم يظهر بقوة إلا مع بداية أزمة الطاقة عام 1973م، التي مكنت منظمة opec لأول مرة من السيطرة على اسعار العالمية للوقود السائل و رفعها بمقدار أربعة أضعاف.The presence of OPEC on the global scene had a very important role in the global economy, as it specializes in studying the peculiarities of the global situation and the possibilities available to its members and other countries of the world to confront Western oil monopolies Thus, it can maintain the relationship between oil prices and the level of prices for manufactured goods, and it is also working to use the financial resources available to OPEC countries in building integrated national economies, through the rational and correct choice of the economic development strategy for member states, and facing various difficulties such as underdeveloped infrastructure and the problem of Market tightness, low local productivity, etc. Perhaps the effective and important role of OPEC in the global economy did not appear strongly until the beginning of the energy crisis in 1973 AD, which enabled OPEC for the first time to control the world prices of liquid fuels and raise them by four times.
