Abstract
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the electronic management in the Algerian
Telecom Corporation in the valley and its role in raising the level of
performance of the employees by answering the following main question:
Does e-governance play a role in raising employee performance?
From this main question, there are partial questions:
1 - Does the computer role in the development of capabilities of staff.
2. Is the software role in raising the level of efficiency of employees.
3. Do networks have a role in supporting the creative activities of employees.
To achieve these goals, the qualitative approach was adopted.
The sample was selected by the intentional manner represented by the research
community, consisting of 80 employees and employees working in Algeria
Telecom in the valley. We used a questionnaire consisting of three axes: the first
includes the initial data of the sample, the second was allocated to the electronic
administration, and the third axis was allocated for the performance of the
employees.
Among the findings were:
* Computer role in the development of capabilities of staff.
* Software has a role in raising the efficiency of employees.
* Networks have a role in the blood of creative activities.
