Abstract

: The aim of this study is to reveal personality traits and their relation to the methods of modifying the aggressive behavior of the teacher of intermediate education, A subject of great importance as the character of the professor has a significant influence in refining the student's actions and build character and modify his behavior. The relational descriptive method was based on a sample of 50 teachers working in two mediums in Um Al-Toyour in El-Oued. The results of the study reached: - The existence of a statistically significant relationship between personality traits and methods of modifying aggressive behavior - among teachers of intermediate education. - There are no statistically significant differences in personality characteristics by sex variable (male / female). - - There were no statistically significant differences in the methods of modifying the aggressive behavior according to gender variable (male / female). - There are statistically significant differences in the moderation of the aggressive behavior of the teacher of Middle Education according to the nature of the job (delineation / subordinate). - There are no statistically significant differences in the methods of modifying the aggressive behavior of the teacher of the middle education according to the nature of the job (delineation / subordinate). - There are no statistically significant differences in personality characteristics of the professor of intermediate education according to the number of years of work (from 1 to 10 years / more than 10 years). - There were no statistically significant differences in the modulation of aggressive behavior according to the number of years of work at the average teacher of education (from 1 to 10 years / more than 10 yearsملخص الدراسـة: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن سمات الشخصية وعلاقتها بأساليب التي يستخدمها الأستاذ في تعديل السلوك العدواني لدى تلاميذ مرحلة المتوسط، وهو موضوع ذو أهمية بالغة على اعتبار أن شخصية الأستاذ لها تأثير كبير في صقل تصرفات التلميذ وبناء شخصيته وتعديل سلوكه. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لارتباطي على عينة قوامها 50أستاذ يعملون في متوسطتين ببلدية أم الطيور ولاية الوادي، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: - تحققت الفرضية التي تنص على : وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دالة إحصائيا بين سمات الشخصية وأساليب التي يستخدمها الأستاذ في تعديل السلوك العدواني لدى تلاميذ مرحلة المتوسط. - لم تتحقق الفرضية التي تنص على: وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دالة إحصائيا في سمات شخصية حسب متغير الجنس (ذكور/إناث). - لم تتحقق الفرضية التي تنص على: وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دالة إحصائيا في الأساليب التي يستخدمها الأستاذ لتعديل السلوك العدواني حسب متغير الجنس (ذكور/إناث). - تحققت الفرضية التي تنص على: وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دالة إحصائيا في الأساليب التي يستخدمها الأستاذ لتعديل السلوك العدواني لدى تلميذ مرحلة المتوسط حسب طبيعة الوظيفة (مرسم/مستخلف). - لم تتحقق الفرضية التي تنص على: وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دالة إحصائيا في الأساليب التي يستخدمها الأستاذ لتعديل السلوك العدواني لدى تلميذ مرحلة المتوسط حسب طبيعة الوظيفة (مرسم/مستخلف). - لم تتحقق الفرضية التي تنص على: وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دالة إحصائيا في سمات الشخصية لدى أستاذ التعليم المتوسط حسب عدد سنوات العمل(من 1سنة إلى 10سنوات /أكثر من 10سنوات). - لم تتحقق الفرضية التي تنص على: وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دالة إحصائيا في الأساليب التي يستخدمها الأستاذ لتعديل سلوك العدواني حسب عدد سنوات العمل لدى تلميذ مرحلة المتوسط (من 1سنة إلى 10سنوات /أكثر من 10سنوات)
