مستوى الرضا عن التخصص لدى متربصي التكوين المهني في ظل بعض المتغيرات

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن مستوى الرضا عن التخصص المهني لدى متربصي التكوين المهني بمدينة الوادي على ضوء متغيرات: طبيعة اختيار التخصص ،النظرة الاجتماعية للتكوين المهني، مهن الآباء، التخصص والجنس، وقد تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبيه: الاستكشافي والسببي المقارن، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة من متربصي التكوين المهني ببعض مؤسسات التكوين المهني بولاية الوادي بلغت (143) متربصا، وتم استخدام أداة الدراسة التي تمثلت في مقياس الرضا عن التخصص لــ(العجمي، 2006)، مقياس النظرة الاجتماعية للتكوين المهني لــ(العجمي، 2006)، ومقياس طبيعة إختيار التخصص لــ(مشري، 2023)، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية توصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: مستوى الرضا عن التخصص المهني لدى المتربصين مرتفع، حيث بلغ متوسط رضاهم (97.81)، كما توجد فروق في مستوى الرضا عن التخصص لدى متربصي التكوين المهني باختلاف طبيعة اختيار المشروع الشخصي لصالح الاختيار وفق المشروع الشخصي، وتوجد فروق في مستوى الرضا عن التخصص لدى متربصي التكوين المهني باختلاف النظرة الاجتماعية للتكوين المهني لصالح ذوي النظرة المرتفعة، بينما توصلت الدراسة الى أنه لا توجد فروق في مستوى الرضا عن التخصص لدى متربصي التكوين المهني باختلاف مهن الآباء، كما تبين أنه لا توجد فروق في مستوى الرضا عن التخصص باختلاف الجنس لدى متربصي التكوين المهني، كما إتضح أنه توجد فروق في مستوى الرضا عن التخصص باختلاف التخصصات الحرفية والمكتبية لصالح التخصصات المكتبية، وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج قدمت الدراسة عددا من المقترحات كـالإهتمام بشكل أكبر بالرضا عن التخصص بالإضافة الى محاولة تعديل النظرة السلبية للتكوين المهني، كما يجب الإهتمام بعملية توجيه هذه الفئة بشكل يتناسب مع مهاراتهم وميولاتهم. This study aimed to explore the level of satisfaction with the vocational specialization among vocational training trainees in the city of El Oued in light of the variables such as the nature of choosing the specialization, social perception of vocational training, parents' occupations, specialization, and gender. The descriptive method, including both exploratory and causal-comparative approaches, was adopted. The study was conducted on a sample of (143) trainees from various vocational training institutions in the El Oued region. The study instruments included the satisfaction with specialization scale (Al-Ajami’s. 2006), the social perception of vocational training scale(Al-Ajami’s,2006) and the nature of choosing specialization scale (Mecheri.2023. After statistical analysis, the study reached the following results: the level of satisfaction with vocational specialization among trainees is high, with an average satisfaction score of (97.81), and there are significant differences in the level of satisfaction with the specialization among vocational training trainees depending on the nature of choosing of the specialization, favoring those who choose according to the personal projects. There are significant differences in the level of satisfaction with specialization among vocational training trainees depending on the social perception of vocational training ,favoring those with a high social perception. There are no significant differences in the level of satisfaction with specialization among vocational training trainees based on parents occupations .and there are no significant differences in the level of satisfaction with specialization based on gender among vocational training trainees. and there significant differences in the level of satisfaction
