دور العمل التطوعي في تنمية ثقافة المواطنة وتعزيز قيم التضامن المجتمعي

Abstract

الملخص: إن المواطنة كقيمة إجتماعية تعتبر من المفاهيم التي تحظى باهتمام متزايد من طرف الباحثين، إذ أنها انتقلت من كونها مجرد توافق أو ترتيب سياسي تعكسه نصوص قانونية إلى قيمة اجتماعية وممارسة سلوكية تعبر عن نضج ثقافي وإدراك حقيقي لفضيلة المساواة والتضامن المجتمعي. يعتبر المجتمع المدني من أهم االفواعل التي تساهم في مساعدة الدولة على الوفاء بالتزاماتها المختلفة، من خلال الأعمال التطوعية التي يقوم بها، والتي تطورت من مجرد تقديم الرعاية والإعانة للمجتمع إلى المشاركة الفاعلة في تحقيق التنمية الشاملة، ويرتكز نشاطه أساسا على العمل التطوعي الذي يساهم في تعزيز قيم التضامن وإبراز الوجه الإنساني للعلاقات الإجتماعية، إضافة إلى أنه ينمي لدى الفرد الإحساس بالمواطنة والوعي بالحاجيات المشتركة والتخلص من الحالة الفردية والأنانية التي قد تطبع سلوك الأفراد. Abstract: Citizenship, as a social value, is one of the concepts that receives an increasing attention from researchers. It has shifted from being just a political arrangement reflected by legal texts to a social value and a behavioral practice reflecting a cultural maturity and a real awareness of equality and social solidarity. Civil society is one of the most important factors in helping the state fulfill its various commitments through its voluntary work, which has evolved from providing care and helping the community to participate effectively in overall development. Its activity is mainly based on volunteerism, which contributes to promote the values of solidarity and to show the human side of social relations. In addition, it develops in the individual a sense of citizenship and awareness of common needs as well as it eliminates both the individual and selfish situation that may characterize the individuals’ behavior.
