Abstract
الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين ضغوط العمل والرضا الوظيفي وذلك انطلاقا من التساؤل العام الذي تم طرحه كالآتي :
ـــ هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ضغوط العمل والرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين ببلديتي ورماس وكوينين.
ويندرج تحت هذا التساؤل الأسئلة الفرعية التالية :
ـــ هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مصادر ضغوط العمل الفردية والرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين ببلديتي ورماس وكوينين ؟
ـــ هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المناخ التنظيمي والرضا الوظيفي لدى ببلديتي ورماس وكوينين ؟
ـــ هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ظروف العمل الفيزيقية والرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين ببلديتي ورماس وكوينين؟
لقد تم في هذه الدراسة الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي فضلا عن استخدام الاستبيان في جمع البيانات من الميدان والذي تضمن ( 50 بنداً ) وتوزعت على محورين.
ولقد تم تطبيق هذه الأداة على عينة قصدية قوامها 80 وهم عمال دائمين من بلدية ورماس وكوينين سنة 2016/ 2017
لقد أسفرت هذه الدراسة على النتائج التالية وهي كالآتي :
ـــ عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ضغوط العمل والرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين ببلديتي ورماس وكوينين
ـــ عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مصادر ضغوط العمل الفردية والرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين ببلديتي ورماس وكوينين.
ــــ توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المناخ التنظيمي والرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين ببلديتي ورماس وكوينين.
ـــــ عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ظروف العمل الفيزيقية والرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين ببلديتي ورماس وكوينين.
Résumé :
Cette étude visait à identifier la relation entre le stress au travail et la satisfaction professionnelle, et ainsi de la question générale qui a été soulevée comme suit:
Y at-il une corrélation statistiquement significative entre le stress au travail et la satisfaction professionnelle des travailleurs Bbldety OURMES et Coenen.
Et cette question relève des questions sous-suivantes:
Y at-il une corrélation des différences statistiquement significatives entre le stress individuel de travail et la satisfaction professionnelle chez les travailleurs sources Bbldety OURMES et Coenen?
Y at-il une corrélation statistiquement significative entre le climat organisationnel et la satisfaction professionnelle des Bbldety Ourmes et Coenen?
Y at-il une corrélation statistiquement significative entre les conditions physiques de travail et la satisfaction au travail chez les travailleurs Bbldety Ourmes et Coenen?
Je suis dans cette étude s'appuyer sur l'approche descriptive corrélative, ainsi que l'utilisation du questionnaire pour recueillir des données sur le terrain, qui comprenait (50 articles) et distribué sur les deux axes.
Je suis application de cet outil pour échantillonner un 80 intentionnel qui sont permanents de la municipalité travailleurs OURMES et Coenen années 2016-2017
Cette étude a donné les résultats suivants sont les suivants:
Il n'y avait pas de corrélation statistiquement significative entre le stress au travail et la satisfaction professionnelle chez les travailleurs Bbldety Ourmes et Coenen
Il n'y avait pas de corrélation statistiquement significative entre les différentes sources de stress au travail et la satisfaction professionnelle chez les travailleurs Bbldety Ourmes et Coenen.
Il existe une corrélation statistiquement significative entre le climat organisationnel et la satisfaction professionnelle des travailleurs Bbldety OURMES et Coenen.
Il n'y avait pas de corrélation statistiquement significative entre les conditions physiques de travail et la satisfaction au travail chez les travailleurs Bbldety Ourmes et Coenen.
ABSTRACT:
The present study aimed to identify the relationship between the work stress and job satisfaction and has been drafted to the question that put forward as follows:
- Is there a correlation relation of satistically significant between the work stress and job satisfaction with the workers in Ourmes & Kounine Municipality? falls under this sub questions according to following :
- Is there a correlation relation of satistically significant between source of work stress of the individual and job satisfaction with the workers in Ourmes & Kounine Municipality?
- Is there a correlation relation of satistically significant between the organizational climate and job satisfaction with the workers of Ourmes &Kounine ?
- is there Is there a correlation relation of satistically significant betweenthe working conditions and physical & job satisfaction with the workers of Ourmes and Kounine ?
We have been in this study rely on the descriptive approach coordinating as well as the use of the questionnaire in the data collection from the field which ensure that (50 items) were distributed on the two axes .
It have been applied this tool on the sample deliberate force of 80 they are workers from Ourmes & Kounine Municipality .
Permenant members of the Municipality2016/2017 it have resulted in this study on the following results which is as follows :
- the absence of correlation satistically significant between the work stress and job satisfaction in Ourmes &Kounine municipality
- the absence of correlation satistically significant between the source work of stress individual and job satisfaction in Ourmes &Kounine municipality
- there is a correlation relation and significant satistically between the organizational climate and job satisfaction .
- the absence of correlation satistically significant between the working conditions and physical and job satisfaction .
