آثار الإنظمام إلى المنظمة العالمية للتجارة على التشريعات الجزائرية

Abstract

تعتبر المنظمة العالمية للتجارة من المنظمات الدولية التي ازدادت أهمية منذ نشأتها إلى يومنا هذا وأصبح الإنضمام إليها من المسائل التي تهم بها الدول في الوقت الحاضر. يلتزم الأعضاء بهذه الأحكام بمجرد إنضمامها إلى هذه المنظمة,بل أنه بمجرد تقديم الطلب الإنضمام ,أصبح قانونها ذا تأثير على القانون الداخلي . و الجزائر باتجاهها في الجزء الثاني من الثمانينات لوضع حزمة من الإصلاحات تخدم الانفتاح التدريجي، سعت إلى الانضمام إلى الاتفاقية العامة للتعريفات الجمركية و التجارة – التي أصبحت فيما بعد المنظمة العالمية للتجارة- بتقديم طلب انضمامها سنة ، 1987و لكن نظرا للطبيعة الخاصة للاقتصاد الجزائري و الظروف التي مرت بها الجزائر و بعض الملفات الحساسة التي صادفتها أثناء المفاوضات ، لم تصبح الجزائر عضوة في هذه المنظمة إلى حد الآن The World Trade Organization from the international organizations that have grown in importance since its inception to the present day and became the accession of the issues of concern to their countries at the present time.
