Abstract

" ملخص الدراسة : تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع : فن الخبر الصحفي من منظور إسلامي في الإعلام المحلي ، دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الإعلاميين والمراسلين بولاية الوادي هادفة إلى التعرف على مدى وعي الإعلاميين والمراسلين المحليين بفنيات تحرير الخبر الصحفي في ضوء المنهج الإسلامي وما مدى التزامهم بضوابط وأخلاقيات معايير نشر الأخبار . معالجة إشكالية المتمثلة في التساؤل الرئيسي : - ما مدى التزام الإعلاميين والمراسلين في تحريرهم للأخبار بمبادئ الإعلام الإسلامي؟ حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي ومنهج المسح بالعينة وكان حجم العينة (30) وزعت على إعلاميين ومراسلين محليين ، معتمدين على أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات . وأهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة : - من أهم الأهداف التي يسعى ويعمل عليها الإعلام الإسلامي الذود عن أخلاق المجتمع المسلم وتزكيته خاصة أصبحنا في عصر التأثر بوسائل الإعلام والتكنولوجيا والتقليد للمجتمعات الغربية . - الصدق والموضوعية تعتبران صفتان ضروريتان من الصفات الواجب توافرها في المواد الخبرية التي تبثها الصحافة الإسلامية . - السياسة الإعلامية وعلاقات العمل يعتبران من أكثر الضغوط التي يتعرض لها القائم بالاتصال أثناء ممارسة عمله ."Abstract : This study dealt with the theme: the art of news from an Islamic perspective in the local media, a field study on a sample of journalists and reporters in the state of wadi aimed at identifying the extent to which local media and correspondents are aware of the techniques of editing the press in the light of the Islamic approach and their commitment to the ethics controls and standards of publishing news through moral, social and religious responsibility. Addressing the problem of the main question: How committed are journalists and reporters in their editorial of the Islamic media ? We relied on the descriptive approach and the sample survey method and the sample size (30) was distributed to local media and reporters, relying on the questionnaire tool for data collection. The most important findings of the study: - One of the most important objectives sought and worked by the Islamic media defending the morals of the Muslim community and its recommendation, especially we have become in the era of influence on the media, technology and tradition of Western societies. -Honesty and objectivity are two essential qualities that must be available in the news materials broadcast by the Islamic press. -Media policy and labour relations are among the most stressed by the communicator during the exercise of his work.
