آليات الضبط الإداري البيئي في التشريع الجزائري

Abstract

يتمحور موضوع البحث حول الضبط الاداري البيئي، باعتباره وسيلة بيد السلطة العامة تمارسها حمايةً للبيئة والصحة العمومية، والمشرع الج ا زئري ومن أجل التكفل بحماية البيئة أخذ على عاتقه توفير جملة من الإصلاحات، منها انشاء العديد من الهياكل الإدارية المركزية والإقليمية للسهر على ضمان حماية للبيئة بواسطة جملة من الإج ا رءات الإدارية التي تشمل رقابة قبلية وأخرى بعدية حماية للبيئة في اطار التنمية المستدامة ضمانا لحق الأجيال القادمة.The subject of this study is centered about Environmental administrative control, as an aspect of public authority, which allow it to protect the environment and public health .Within this context, our Algerian Legislator, took many steps in order to protect the environment, by providing a set of reforms and measurements, such as establishing many central and regional administrative structures to ensure and guarantee the protection of the environment, involving a specific administrative procedures, which includes tribal and post monitoring aiming a well-protected environment in a matter of sustainable development, to maintain the rights of the next generations
