شهادة التصديق الإلكتروني كآلية لتعزيز الثقة في المعاملات الإلكترونية

Abstract

لتحقيق الثقة والأمان لدى المتعاملين عبر وسائل الاتصال الحديثة – لاسيما عبر شبكة الأنترنت- وتشجيع التعامل بالمحررات الموقعة إلكترونيا تمت الاستعانة بطرف ثالث محايد موثوق به, يقع على عاتقه مهمة التحري عن سلامة المعاملات الإلكترونية وصحة صدورها ممن تنسب إليه, والتأكد من جدية هذه المعاملات وبعدها عن الغش والاحتيال, ويتمثل هذا الطرف في أفراد أو شركات أو جهات مستقلة محايدة تقوم بدور الوسيط بين المتعاملين لتوثيق تعاملاتهم الإلكترونية, يطلق عليها اسم جهات التصديق الإلكتروني, حيث تقوم هذه الجهات بإصدار شهادات تصديق تثبت من خلالها صحة التوقيع الإلكتروني ونسبته لمن أصدره. Abstract In order to ensure trust and security of those who deal with modern means of communication - especially via the Internet - and to encourage the transaction by electronically signed documents, we have been helped by a third neutral and reliable partner who has been committed to investigate the validity of electronic transactions and their authenticity. These are natural persons, companies or other independent and neutral parties, called electronic authentication bodies, who act as intermediaries between dealers to authenticate their electronic transactions. These bodies issue authentication certificates that attest the validity of the electronic signature and attribute it to its author.
