| dc.description.abstract | تتميز البيئة البحرية بأهمية خاصة تميزها عن كافة عناصر البيئة الأخرى ، ومبعث هذه الأهمية ما تتمتع به من طبيعة متميزة حيث تعد هي النموذج الأمثل للبيئة الإنسانية ، ومن هنا صارت البيئة البحرية مجالا عالميا ووطنيا للإهتمام العلمي والقانوني ، فتعددت الدراسات والبحوث التي حاولت إثارة الوعي بأهميتها و بمواردها وما تتعرض له من إستنزاف و إفساد مقصود ، خاصة وأن أضرارها تمتد زمانيا ومكانيا ، حيث أنها لا تقف عن مكان إرتكابها وإنما تتعداه لتشمل أماكن متعددة ودول متجاورة . | en_US |
